  1. Please contact your sponsoring institution as soon as possible and request that they immediately enter your data into the ISEAS system online.
  2. Only if your institution cannot enter the data successfully they may send us an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment in their program.

    Your application cannot be processed until we receive confirmation from your institution, either in the ISEAS system online or via e-mail directly from your institution.
  3. All e-mail confirmations must be sent to the following address:
