Gabriela Kostesky works with a very new
and different technique. She studied in Clever Lara's Atelier
and with Gustavo Fernandez, both very well known Uruguayan
artists.
Gabriela was born in Montevideo on August
15, 1970. She has participated in a number of exhibitions,
and her work titled "Destructora" won the Phillips
national contest for young talent.
The Cultural Affairs Office is responsible
for organizing and implementing the Art in the Embassy
Program.
