The Art in the Embassy Program offers Embassy staff and
visitors the possibility to enjoy original art by Uruguayan
plastic artists through monthly exhibitions held in the lobby
of the Embassy.

Fraga was born in Montevideo in 1972. He began his apprenticeship
at age 17 in the art studio of professor Walter Nadal, and
in 1994 he began to study with professor Clever Lara.
